Common questions

Where did an item go after I hid it?

Open the Hidden tab and choose Restore from the item’s menu, or swipe it to restore it.

Why can’t I finish a goal?

Complete each step first. A goal with steps is marked complete only when all of them are done.

Why didn’t I receive a reminder?

Check the item’s reminder time and make sure notifications are allowed for Zen Goals in iPhone Settings. The app refreshes upcoming local reminders when opened.

Will my data appear on another phone?

Zen Goals currently stores data on your device and has no in-app account or sync. Your iOS device backup settings determine whether app data is included in a device backup.

When reporting a bug, include your iPhone model, iOS version, and what you did before it happened. Please avoid sending private goal details unless needed.
