Common questions

Where are my check-ins?

They are saved locally on your iPhone. The app does not use an account or sync service. iOS backups may include app data depending on your device settings.

How do I hide my photos?

Photos start hidden on the Progress and Journey screens. Use Show when you want to see them. In Settings, you can choose whether photos should always be visible.

Why am I not getting reminders?

Check your reminder frequency in the app, then make sure notifications are allowed for Transformation Tracker in iPhone Settings.

Can I delete a check-in?

Yes. Open the check-in from Journey and choose Delete.

When reporting a bug, include your iPhone model, iOS version, and the steps that led to the issue. Please do not email private progress photos unless you want to share them.
