Privacy, kept simple.

Your check-ins belong to you. The app stores them on your iPhone, without an account.

What the app stores

Check-in dates, weights, notes, photos, and app preferences are stored locally in the app’s storage on your device. The app does not send this information to a developer-operated server. It contains no advertising or analytics SDK.

Photos and reminders

Camera and photo library access are used when you choose to add a photo. The app saves a resized copy in its local storage. Reminders are scheduled as local notifications on your device. You can switch them off in the app or in iPhone Settings.

Visibility and sharing

Photos are hidden in Progress and Journey by default. You can reveal them for a view or choose to always show them in Settings. When you choose Share, the iOS share sheet sends only the summary or photos you select to your chosen destination. That destination’s privacy practices then apply.

Deleting data

You can delete individual check-ins in the app. Deleting the app removes its local data from the device. iOS device backups may include app data according to your backup settings.

This website

This website does not ask you to create an account or submit health information. The hosting provider may process connection information needed to deliver the pages.
